Refund Policy

At Ellow Balloons Gifts, we are committed to providing fresh flowers, quality balloons, unique gifts, and outstanding customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please see our policy below:Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers and balloons upon delivery. If you receive damaged, wilted, or defective items, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item(s). We will offer a replacement, or a full or partial refund/credit note, depending on the issue.
Order Cancellations
Same-Day Orders: Cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
Advance Orders (up to one week): May be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on preparation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries
If we deliver the wrong item or miss part of your order, notify us within 24 hours. We will redeliver the correct item or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for: Balloons popped or damaged after safe delivery.
Bubble balloons and gift balloons: Minimum 24 hours’ preparation is recommended to ensure quality.
Orders placed with less than 24 hours’ notice: no refunds if issues arise.
Flowers kept in improper conditions.
Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g., color, variety), unless pre-agreed.
Delivery Issues
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will attempt to contact you/recipient. Redelivery may incur an extra fee. No refunds if refused after multiple attempts.
Custom Orders
Custom arrangements (e.g., weddings, events) have individual contracts. Refer to the event agreement terms. Due to the perishable nature of helium balloons, we do not accept returns unless there is a fault or error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your balloons with clear photos and order details to info@ellow.uk
. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not available.

Exclusions
No replacements or store credit for balloons damaged by improper handling or natural deflation (helium balloons have limited lifespan).
